How Manual Payment Works at Auth Vape Store
What to expect after you submit an order — how bank transfer, PayID and crypto payment instructions are sent.
We don’t run a live payment gateway on this site — orders are confirmed first, then paid for manually. Here’s exactly how that works, step by step.
1. Build your cart and check out
Add items to your cart and head to checkout once you’ve reached the $200 AUD minimum order. Fill in your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method, and submit your order.
2. Get your order number
As soon as you submit, you’ll land on an order confirmation page with a unique order number (in
the format ORDxxxx). Keep this handy — it’s how we (and you) reference your order in any
follow-up.
3. Receive payment instructions by email
Shortly after, we email the payment details for whichever method you selected:
- Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) — our account details, with your order number as the payment reference.
- PayID — our PayID, again referencing your order number.
- Cryptocurrency — a payment address for the transaction.
4. We confirm and dispatch
Once payment is received and confirmed, your order is processed and shipped. If anything about your payment doesn’t match up (wrong amount, missing reference), we’ll reach out using the contact details from your order.
