Is there a minimum order?
Yes — the minimum goods subtotal is $200.00 AUD before shipping. Your cart and checkout will show exactly how much more you need to add if you're under the minimum.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), PayID, Cryptocurrency. There is no live payment gateway on this site — after you submit an order, we email you the account/PayID/wallet details to complete payment manually.
How much is shipping?
Free — arrives in 2–6 business days on every order. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra 9.95 AUD ($9.95 AUD — arrives in 1–3 business days).
Do I need to verify my age?
Yes. Vaping products are restricted to adults 18 years and over under Australian law. You'll be asked to confirm your age before browsing, and we reserve the right to request proof of age for any order.
